These Terms & Conditions govern all quotes, installations and services supplied by Greencore Solutions LTD ("Greencore", "we", "our", "us"), a company registered in England & Wales with its registered office at 11 Chelsea Court, Marlborough Drive, Darlington DL1 5YE.

1. Quotations

Written quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise. Quotations are based on the information available at survey; if the property's condition or scope differs materially from what we assessed, we will discuss and agree any variation with you in writing before proceeding.

2. Acceptance

Acceptance of our quotation — verbal or written — together with payment of any deposit, forms a binding contract between you and Greencore on these terms.

3. Payment

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, deposit (where applicable) is payable on acceptance, with the balance due on completion. We accept bank transfer and card payments. Invoices unpaid 14 days after issue may attract statutory interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

4. Workmanship guarantee

We guarantee our workmanship for 12 months from the date of commissioning. This guarantee covers defects arising from our work and does not cover damage caused by misuse, lack of servicing, third-party tampering or wear-and-tear of consumable items.

5. Manufacturer warranty

Manufacturer warranties (typically 10–12 years on boilers, 5–7 years on heat pumps and cylinders) are registered on commissioning subject to the terms of the relevant manufacturer. To remain valid, most manufacturer warranties require an annual service.

6. Certificates & notifications

Where work is notifiable under Gas Safe, MCS, HETAS or Building Regulations, we will self-certify and issue/upload the relevant certificate on completion. Certificates remain the property of the customer.

7. Access & site conditions

You agree to provide reasonable safe access to the property for the duration of the work, including utilities (water, electricity) as needed. We will protect floors and surrounding areas with dust sheets, but you remain responsible for clearing personal valuables from the immediate working area.

8. Cancellation

For consumer contracts entered into away from our premises, you have the right to cancel within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Where you ask us to start work inside that period, you remain liable for the proportion of work carried out before cancellation.

9. Liability

Our liability for any one event is limited to the value of the work performed under the relevant contract, except where liability cannot be limited by law (for example for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud).

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
